You may not copy, sell, distribute, publish, license, transfer, transmit, download, store, display or post or enter into a database or in any way exploit the contents of Web Site, including Listings, in whole or in part. No individual or corporation, including but not limited to any real estate professional, may make any commercial or private use of Listings or any content on Web Site. Any real estate broker or agent who uses a Listing for its customer must first enter into an agreement with Gull Realty. No one may use any of the content of Web Site or Listings in violation of the rules of the New York State Department of State, the New York State Department of Banking, or any other federal, state, or local rule, law or regulation. Any such violation or improper use is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in civil and/or criminal action and violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

VIOLATIONS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gull Realty reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of the Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policy contained in the Web Site, including the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the Web Site. You hereby agree that in the event that damages resulting from a violation of the Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policy are difficult to determine, Gull Realty shall be entitled to $20,000.00 as liquidated damages for each instance of a violation of the same.

You should be aware that when you are on the Web Site you could hyperlink or be directed to other sites that are outside our service and/or beyond our control. These other sites are provided as a convenience for Gull Realty’s visitors.

GENERAL PROVISION

Any claims relating to the Web Site must be brought in the state or federal courts of the State of New York, County of Nassau, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
